Requirements:
Automation Engineer background with programming background so we can use the skills to train on the automation code we have.
- Selenium (automated testing) experience.
- Both functional (Selenium) and a minimum of one year of good load testing experience (using Loadrunner etc.)
- In depth knowledge of Selenium and testing a web-based application.
- Experience with load, performance and scalability testing particularly WebLoad is a big plus.
- Experience with test result reporting using spreadsheets.
- Training and mentoring experience.
- 4 to 6 years of testing experience. Of which at least 2 years of Selenium automation experience.
- Execute the project with minimal supervision.
- Good comm. skills and ability to interact with client personnel.
