Senior C++ UNIX Developer

Details:

The candidate should have 5+ years work experience developing C++ objects, templates, algorithms and frameworks on UNIX. Academic and/or work experience in Distributed Development, CORBA, Visibroker, Oracle 8, SQL Server 7 are all assets.

The candidate must be able to work well as part of a team, have strong problem solving skills, strong written communication skills, and be willing to learn new technologies on a ongoing basis.

The developer will have the primary responsibility to port all code to UNIX. They will be required to learn, maintain, and enhance existing core objects, templates, algorithms, and frameworks developed in C++.

The candidate will work with other senior developers on various projects to develop new components for reuse in all the servers of our system.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and master all the technologies listed above, to participate in the development of the core components that are used to develop the entire product line, and to be part of a team of senior software developers.
